Home Night

  • Blind Eye Centre 19 Merivale St South Brisbane QLD Australia (map)

A note for May - the Panyiri Festival is being held in South Brisbane on the same day only a few block up the road. Be aware and plan ahead for parking.

Join with us and Ignite Youth for Mass, followed by an opportunity to share dinner together and then gather for dynamic preaching, powerful worship and time spent in prayer TOGETHER.

The Emmanuel Home night is an opportunity to be with one another and our God - praising Him, listening to Him and exercising all those beautiful gifts He gives us.

What about PARKING?
Thankfully street parking and the first 3 options below are FREE. We are awaiting the green light on a few extra locations, but for now below is a guideIf you need help, just look out for our parking crew in vests to direct you. The best options are:

  1. Merivale st - right in front (limited) - we'd like to save most of these for our elderly/movement-impaired visitors if possible.

  2. 15 Merivale st - small carpark just before the centre on the left. This is the next closest.

  3. Boundary St carpark (cnr Montague/Cordelia) - approx. 30 spaces just a short walk around the corner, next to the QLD Theatre company. Very handy.

  4. If these are full, a few blocks walk away are secure paid carparks: closest is the State Library in Stanley Place ($17 flat), then the Convention Centre (off Merivale st) or 32 Cordelia St ($20).

  5. Public transport - failing that, one block's walk away is the South Brisbane train & bus depot on Grey st. That might be a really good option!

*please don’t park in the carpark of St Mary’s Church as they have Mass at the same time we do.

We encourage you to carpool wherever possible! If you need a central, not too far away meeting point, the Emmaus Carpark is a short 10 minute drive away.

Bring along some money to purchase dinner after Mass.

ALL WELCOME!
