Adult Faith
Emmanuel is a community of faith that encourages its members to encounter Christ daily, to grow in their Catholic faith, and to be skilled and empowered as missionary disciples. The Adult Faith Team create and provide access to discipleship resources and experiences which support our members growth in Catholic faith and deepen their experience of life in the Spirit, while remembering that each person takes responsibility for their own growth through formation suited to their readiness, needs and stage of life.
Some of the programs, courses and video series we offer in Emmanuel include Alpha, RCIA, the Holy Spirit, prayer, spiritual gifts and more, together supporting our members in ‘growing as contagious followers of Jesus’.

There is More - Signs and Wonders Tour
Thursday 18th - Saturday 20th April 2024
Damian Stayne is a lay Catholic evangelist with a ministry of prophecy, physical healing and miracles. He has ministered across the globe, equipping the church to exercise the gifts of the Holy Spirit. Wherever he has set foot, many thousands have been healed from their physical and mental distress. Others have received life impacting prophecy and the outpouring of the Holy Spirit into their lives. He is the founder of the Cor et Lumen Christi (The Heart of light of Christ) community in London.
Three events will be offered over these days. This tour is hosted in Brisbane by a collaboration of Catholic charismatic renewal ministries and communities, in association with CHARIS Australia.
The Marriage Course

The Marriage Course is for married couples, held online in the privacy of your home over 7 sessions. Whether you’ve been married six months or 40 years, whether you’re in a good place or struggling, The Marriage Course offers practical support to strengthen your relationship.

Ignite Conference 2024
Thursday 19th to Sunday 22nd September - St Laurence’s College, South Brisbane
Ignite Conference is a bold vision for the future of the Church. A Church passionate about discovering a real, present God and gathering a generation to be on fire for Jesus.
Experience four days of real-world formation, encouragement in faith, great people and powerful worship. Whatever your age, we have a program for you - from adults to high schoolers to children.
Ignite Conference draws together a network of high schoolers, young adults, ministry leaders, families, teachers, priests, and religious from around the country, sending them out with a passion for authentic faith in Jesus.
