In recent years, we've seen an explosion amongst
young people who are searching out new ways to preach the Gospel. It's not a
preaching that is delivered in a Church context, but a proclamation that is
found in the marketplace or daily life in the home, at work, at university
and with friends and neighbours. Sometimes it also happens in new
initiatives like breakfasts, rallies and conferences where there is an
attempt to link the Christian faith and daily life.
We live in a very secularised world. If people don't
hear the Gospel in the marketplace, they probably won't hear it at all. The
School of Preaching is designed to equip men and women, both young and old,
with skills to tell the Gospel story in a way that is both relevant and
compelling. |

Come and share these days with us as we explore
the call to preach the Gospel to new generations of Australians. For the last
30 years, I have continued to learn new ways to share the Gospel and I know
with certainty that there is always more to learn.
