    Payment Options
     
  • PayPal
  •   Follow prompts during online registration
     
  • Credit card
  •   Follow the 'PayPal' prompts during online registration. When you get to the PayPal payment page, there is an option on the left to pay by credit card.
     

  • Cheque
  •   Choose 'other payment options' on the PayPal page. Cheques should be made to 'Emmanuel Community' and posted to Ignite Conference, PO Box 126, Paddington Qld 4064.
     

  • Direct Deposit
  •   The online registration system doesn't have a Direct Debit option, however we are happy to accept payment in this way. Choose the cheque option as above, then pay by direct deposit to the account below.

  • Invoice
  •   Choose 'other payment options' on the PayPal page. An invoice will be sent to you within 7 working days. If you wish the invoice to be made to a particular parish, school or group, please email finance@emmanuelcommunity.com.au to advise this.
    Notes
     

  • Student Rate:
    •   Student rate applies to full-time secondary or tertiary students.
       

    • Group Rate:
      •  

        Group rate applies to groups of 10 or more. The first 10 registrations must be registered together with a nominated group leader, and additional group members can be added later. See Group Registration page

         

      • Family Rate:
        •   Special rates apply for families with three or more school-aged children attending (NB. family rate does not apply to children who are out of school).
          • Four or more children attending: fourth child is free.
          • Full paying parent and three or more children attending: third child is free
          Please contact the Ignite office for details on how to register families in this situation.
           

        • Meals:
          •   Adult and student costs include meals during the conference (lunch, dinner, morning/afternoon tea). Ignite Kids cost includes morning tea.
             

          • Late Fee:
            •   Registrations received after 14 September will attract an additional $15 administration fee.
               

            • GST:
              •   The Ignite Conference is considered a 'religious service' and does not attract GST. Emmanuel Community ABN 42725 286 045.
                 

              • Receipts:
                •   If you are paying online during registration (PayPal/credit card), you will receive a registration receipt via email. If you pay offline after registration, a receipt will be available for you when you arrive at the conference (please contact us if you require your receipt before the event).
                   

                • Cancellations & Transfers:
                  •   Cancellations before 30 June will be fully refunded, less a $20 administration fee. No refunds will be paid after 30 June, however you may transfer your registration to another person. All transfers must be made to the Ignite Conference in writing and must include the completed registration of the new delegate. Changes after 14 September may incur an administration fee.
